1. What we do

apexquantumsolutionsr.com provides planning support and logistics arrangements to help you organize festival travel in Ukraine. We may share recommendations, suggested routes, schedules, and coordination steps. Any bookings, services, or transport provided by third parties are arranged or facilitated through partners, and their own terms may apply.

2. Availability and estimates

Availability of routes, events, tickets, transport, and lodging may change. We do not guarantee that requested arrangements will be available. Information and time/cost estimates are based on publicly available or partner-provided data and assumptions at the time of planning. You should treat estimates as non-binding and confirm details with the relevant provider before purchase or travel.

3. Reliance on our information

You are responsible for reviewing all final terms, prices, schedules, and restrictions from the providers you use. You should not rely solely on our estimates to make binding commitments without additional confirmation.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apexquantumsolutionsr.com and its owners, directors, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site or reliance on planning information.

We do not assume liability for delays, cancellations, disruptions, force majeure events, changes in venue schedules, border/transport restrictions, or acts/omissions of third-party providers.

5. Distance/online contracting (consumers)

If you conclude a contract with us remotely with a consumer, we provide pre-contract distance-contract information including our trader’s identity and location, and the complaint/claims procedure. The distance-contract information required under Ukrainian consumer protection rules is provided before or at the time of contracting. 6. Electronic contracts

If contracts are concluded electronically, we provide mandatory consumer information related to the electronic contract and ensure the site supports the required identification/contract mechanics for e-commerce. Legal basis: Про електронну комерцію | від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

7. Personal data and privacy

If the site collects personal data (for example, your name, email, phone number, or travel details), we process it in accordance with applicable Ukrainian personal data rules and provide required privacy/processing transparency, and consent where applicable.
